Convulsions, Temporary Loss Of Memory, Foaming In Mouth, Eyes Rolled Back. Done CT Scan. What Is It?

my boyfriend has had three episodes in the last month. i was with him on the first one..he said he didn't feel good thought he was going to faint, i tried to get him to sit down, he started saying he was seeing things in he sky, when i was trying to get him to sit down, then was pushing me away from him, he didn't know who i was. then he started to go into convulsions, small amount of foaming at the mouth, eyes rolled back, passed out and was taken to hospital. all testing was done, no sign of being diabetic or having a seizure, went for CT scan blood tests. they say he is healthy as a horse and couldn't find a anything wrong. this happened again three weeks ago and again today.. we can't find a doctor to take him in as a new patient as he has just moved here. we need to find out what this is ASAP

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your boyfriend is probably suffering from generalized tonic clonic seizure.
Diagnosis needs proper history taking and investigations.
Investigations includes electroencephalogram( EEG).CT scan has already been done in your case.
Functional imaging like fMRI can also be done.
Differential diagnosis includes syncope and psychogenic nonepileptic seizure.

Take Care
