Continuous Sneezing, Runny Nose After Jogging, Worsens On Bending. Reason?
I jogged my 1st 5k yesterday. (i am not in good physical shape) immediately following i experienced non stop sneezing with a very watery runny nose. It is still continuing now, and is worse when i bend forward, yesterday i thought it might be allergies but i dont have the itchy eyes that usually accompany my allergies. Also it is painful when i sniff my nose. Thanks

there is increase in your allergies and the allergies have involed sinuses and the acute attack of sinuses present with this symptomps
there is sneezing also and there might be infection of the sinuses
start with cap doxi 100 mg bd dfor 7 days
tab allegra 120 mg bd
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water in nose 2 drops at night each nose
sos diclo as pain killer
continue for 3 wk get xray pns waters view and get consulktation
