Constipated, Need To Apply Glycerine To Pass Stools, Developed Fissures In Rectal Area. Suggestions ?

Hello Doctors,
My self AAAA, mother of boy-girl twins. My boy has very bad constipation since last 6 months. He does not pass his stool on his own. I need to apply glycerine batti everytime to get his stool passed. And if I donot apply batti, he does not pass his stool. n whenever he passes, with lot of pressure and pain. fishers has been developed in his rectal area. he has loast his weight too. My daughter also has hard stool but she does everyday atleast in 2-3 passes. I am really worried for his health and diet. Please suggest me wat to do.

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you have not mentioned the age of the patient..
dont make the habit of using suppositories...
give fresh vegetables and fruits, lot of fluids, and high fibre diet..
ask your son to do exercises, walking, jogging, and swimming..
see the gastroenterologist if it doesnot reduce..
