Tonsillar stone is debris collected in tonsillar crypts and frequency can be decreased by regular use of an antiseptic mouth wash after meals. That also gives feeling of something struck in throat and thus you need to continuously keep on swallowing. This is not something to be afraid of but an annoying condition. Permanent solution is tonsillectomy. Yellow coating can be decreased by use of tongue cleaner and you need to avoid constipation. You can use candid mouth paint for this. regards
