Constant Pain In The Area Where Operation Done Through Vagina, Tried Various Medication. Any Suggestion ?

I had an operation done through my agina, which is now, even two years later, giving me constant pain. The pain is in the form of a muscle pain, not a localised burn (or similar) pain. It gets worse if I do any amount of standing or walking, which I should do as my blood pressure is very high. Formerly it has been relieved slightly if I put Canestan onto it. I know this is for fungal infections but it seemed to help .Now it is not helping and I am at my wits' end. Is there anything you can recommend? I also have very high "essential" blood pressure (220/70) but no pills so far could lower it. I have taken a "natural' medication (Carditone) but this seemed to make it worse in spite of m many faviourable comments on the website.

Hi,
Thanks for choosing HCM
You have not mentioned what surgery you underwent? Such high blood pressure should not be left un monitored. Kindly consult a doctor and start on anti hypertensives. The pain may be due to some muscle pull in the surgical area. Muscle building exercises can provide help. Take anti spasmodics like mefenamic acid for ten days twice daily for pain.
Get a consult with a gynaecologist to rule out any other cause .
Hope this helps
Take care
