Constant diarrhea. Will Sauerkraut help?

Will sauerkraut help with constant diarrhea? I was diagnosed with IBS and spastic colon about 25 years ago. I am 65 and it is becoming so dibilatating. Whatever I eat passes through me so quickly and is watery. I wish I could just have a normal stool . I have gone without dairy and wheat, but it doesn t even help. I cannot go anywhere without knowing where the bathrooms. Many times I cannot make it and have to go home. The sphinter muscle in the rectum just doesn t hold anymore. I am not living a quality life. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to health care magic forum.

As you are already a diagnosed case of IBS predominantly diarrhoea type, you should take probiotics along with Romonesteron 5 mcg.

You should consult with internal medicine specialist / gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.

You should also take tricyclic antidepressants in small doses.
