Constant Burning In Penis After Masturbation, Testicles Senstive Ejaculation Painful. What Could Be Causing This?

hi, i have had a constant burning in my penis after masturbation, my testicles are very senstive all the time and ejaculation is very painful. i have had this symptom for 8-9 years i have no std and have had all tests including a csytocophy there is no infection. I masturbate at least once a day is this causing my symptoms?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning while urinating ,pain in testicles and ejaculation is also painful.
This is most likely to be due to Chronic Prostatitis.
Please get your routine urine and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Chronic prostatitis takes very log time to get cured.
Please take antibiotics like combination of Trimethoprim and Sulpfamethaxozole twice daily for 2 months .
I think it should get resolved with this treatment.
