Constant bodyache, high ESR levels, all other blood test, x-ray, ECG, CT Scan normal. Solution?

MY ESR LEVEL IS UP TO 75 I HAVE BODYACHE LAST 15 YEARS PLZ SUGEST ANY DRUGS TO REDUCE ESR AND BODYACHE AND MY AMMONIA PLAZMA LEVEL ALSO INCREASE PRE EXERCICE LEVEL 131ug/dl AND POST EXERCISE LEVEL IS 360ug/dl I HAVE BODYACHE 24 HOUR LAST 15 YEARS MY NORMAL TESTS [ MUSCLE BIOPSY ,LFT,S. CREATININE ,CATECHOLAMINES,GLUCOSE FASTING LIPID PROFILE,S.SODIUM,S.POTASSIUM,ALKLINE PHOSPHATE , TOTAL PROTEIN GROUP,CPK,URIC ACID,VANILYL MANDELIC ASID,DIFF;LEUCOCYTES COUNT, HOEMOLOGLOBIN HAEMATOCRIT, WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT,PLATELETS URINE DETAIL REPORT, CHEST X-RAYS,ABDOMINAL U/SOUND,ECG,EEG,CT SCAN BRAIN,ETT,S.ELECTROLYTES, CNS FOUND NORMAL,HEPATITUS B,C NORMAL NOW WHICH LEVEL HIGH IN MY BODY ESR UP TO 75,TRIGYLECERIDES 325 ,DYSPEPSIA, H.PIOLARY IS POSITIVE, SIR PLZ SOLVE MY BODYACHE PROBLEM MY CELL NO 0000

The symptoms u r giving point towards the peptic or gastric ulcer. I vill suggest you to get ur gastroscopy done. For body ache I suggest u to do physiotherapy n apply diclofenac ointment.
