Welcome to health care magic!
After reading your query I can say form my clinical experince that you have developed
diarrhoea as a side effect of this drug, which is a common finding in itself ( diarrhoea) , however , we usually change the medicine if diarrhoea is persistent ( as it is in your case).
However the important point is that you still have it, even after stopping the medicine along with abdominal cramps,
bloating due to gas and
fever,
nausea. The latter findings are also side effect of this medicine but uncommon ones. I'm almost sure that
cefdinir caused it as you have all the signs--- abdominal cramp, pain, has, fever for a day and nausea. I would advice you to see the doctor again for this.
It is not that the treatment was wrong, but you developed some uncommon side effects to it. Donot worry, see your doctor and you will become better.
Hope the reply is helpful.
