What medicine can she take for the cold and fever ? My mom has a cold and a high fever. She is currently taking Lisinopril and Atenolol. What medicine can she take for the cold and fever?

Hello,
She can take paracetamol for the fever.If she has a bad cold with running nose then she may need antibiotics for that.Azithromycin 500mg should work.twice a day for 5 days.
See a doctor if she has a chest congestion as she will need examination and maybe a chest xray.

Mostly viral diseases are auto limiting. They take three to five days. Symptomatic relief can be offered with sitopladi churan with honey and kanth sudharak vati to be sucked. Mritunjaya ras 1 bd will cure her fever.
