Hello and welcome to HCM,
The colonoscopy is done by inserting a flexible tube with a camera at its head, in the large intestine from the anal canal.
This investigation is done to view the inner colonic mucosa.
The findings on colonoscopy are presence of multiple pouch like structures in the colonic wall- in the ascending colon and in the signoid colon.
A polyp is seen in the ascending colon.
A polyp is a globular structure arising from the intestinal wall and protruding into the lumen of the intestine.
Polyps are removed by snaring from the gut wall.
These are presence of adhesions around the colon.
Internal hemorrhoids are present in the anal canal.
Hemorrhoids are dilated venous channels in the lower end of the anal canal.
The hemorrhoids are divided into internal and external hemorrhoids depending on their site.
Sometimes the hemorrhoids start bleeding and that case they have to be removed surgically.

Thanks and take care
