What Causes Nasal Drainage, Nausea, Vomiting And Spitting Of Foam?
I have early morning nasal drainage, nausea with vomiting, spitting up foam, take dexliant for gerd, floanase spray for nasal, have mild diverticulosis, hiatal hernia, gastritis. External and internal hemorroids. Do you think the nasal drainage and morning nausea with below sternum pressure is caused from sinus?

Regarding your concern, I would agree with you that the nasal drainage could be related to a sinus disorder. The morning nausea could be related to the hiatal hernia too. Anyway, I would recommend performing a sinus X-ray study in order to exclude a sinus issue, which may need to be treated with antibiotics or antihistamines for allergy.
