Cloudy Urine, Dark Yellow, Blood In Urine, Frequent Urination. Worry?

I have noticed for about two weeks now that my urine has been cloudy but i haven't noticed any blood in my urine. also the color of my pee seems to be a darker yellow then normal. when i wipe i notice a little bit of dark red blood (sometimes) on my toilet paper. it doesn't hurt to pee everytime but maybe once every two days or less it burns a little. and i'm not peeing very frequently. should i be worried?
