Hi,
It is normal for some amount of urethral spasm to develop after the first intercourse in what is known as the 'honey moon cystitis'. You can exclude any urinary infection by getting a routine urine analysis done and take urinary antispasmodics after consulting your doctor. Do not worry, your condition will subside in a few days. Take care.
