Chronic muscle pain in upper back. Taking muscle relaxer, work once a week. Other remedies?

I have this chronic muscle pain in my upper back all the time, there are times Its ok. I was told its from stress . I need help. I ve been taking muscle relaxer at night and tremadol during the day. I job once a week to relieve stress, deep breather at least once a day, what can I do next to help me with the pain or how do I get rid of it.

The pain in your back seems to be due to a positional anomaly- commonly seen due to a bad posture during work. Taking muscle relaxants, doing hot fomentation and regular aerobics will help in decreasing the pain.
