If only breastfed your child is not likely to have any serous infection. It is quite normal for breastfed babies to have many stools per day. The word dysentery is used when we find blood and mucus in the stool. Continue the treatment advised. If the child is active and gaining weight there is no need to worry. If there is any doubt you can get the stool examined.
