Child Is Having Chronic Headache. Low WBC, Legargic, Slight Rash On Back. Blood Work Done. Problem?

My granddaughter is 13, and has had a cronic headache for 4 months, she has had a low white blood count and is legargic. She also has a slight rash on various parts of her back occasionally. They have had blood work done but no results have been positive. I am very concerned that something has been missed. Thank you
