Child having nasal congestion, high fever, on Motrin, is breathing through mouth, want to know measure to relieve congestion

My daughter is 16 months old. She has nasal congestion and a fever of 101.5. I have given her Motrin as directed. She saw the doctor this morning and he said she had a virus, most likely a severe cold . She is mouth breathing and feeling generally punky . What can I do to relieve her nasal congestion so she can rest?

You can use saline nasal drops to relieve of her nasal congestion.
You can use it two to three times a day.
