General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear,

I would like to advise you to consult a child physician immediately as high fever can be very dangerous in children. Your baby has respiratory tract infection. Meanwhile you give her paracetamol syrup 30 to 50 mg/kg weight , decongestant like levocetrizine syrup .2mg/kg and a course of antibiotic like amoxacillin 30 to 50 mg/kg. Do cold sponging when your baby runs high fever to bring down the temperature urgently. You can also give nasal decongestant drops (xylometazoline .5%) to enable baby to breath through nose.

I wish your baby's faster recovery.
