Brief Answer:
Report suggestive of Vit B12 deficiency, Take vitamin supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I have gone through the reports.

According to the reports, the red cell width and homocysteine value are off normal limits which suggest Vitamin B12/ Folic acid deficiency. Since the renal and liver function seems to be normal, I would suggest taking Vitamin bB12 and folic acid supplements along with a green vegetable rich diet. Also, to stop smoking or alcohol intake, if any.

He also has high normal cholesterol levels which can be easily controlled with lifestyle modifications. Exercise daily for at least 30 min and avoid oily foods. It is not required to start medications for cholesterol as of now.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know of any further questions.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry. Review with your pulmonologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It may be a possibility that steroid intake may increase cholesterol levels. But nasal spray usually has very low level of steroid content which does not affect cholesterol levels per se.
I would suggest a review with a Pulmonologist for the same and adopt lifestyle changes as suggested.
