Child Has Watery, Frothy, Slimy And Green Stools After Rotaviral Infection. Help

My son had 2 spells of rotaviral infection on his fifth month, from then on his stools are either watery, frothy, slimy and at times very green in color. Now he is on his eight month and the same symptoms still continue. He is only being fed fortified cereal (Nestum rice - stage i). He is not able to take in other foods like apple and vegetable purees as he immediately passes loose stools. Once in two or three weeks he even runs high temperature. what may be the cause. what must i do. Please help me. I need your advice.

Pediatrician 's  Response
in the first place was it a confirmed rotaviral infection, in case yes , it wont continue for more 3 months now. kindly get his stool tests done - stool routine , stools for reducing substance and stool for culture and sensitivity. avoid cows milk or even lactogen feeds, implement lactose free milk- zerolac for a few days. watch for dehydration- seek medical help if dehydration sets in, come back with the test results. as of now start enterogermina oral solution 1/2 tube twice a day for 3 days. Zn 20 drops, 0.5 ml once a day for 10 days.
