Child Has Swollen Gland Under Ear, No Fever. Should I Be Worried?

Hi I have a question. My daughter will be 3 in desember. The gland under the ear is little bit swollen, she says it swore but she has no fever. She usually gets the swelling of the gland just before she will have a flu or tonsillitis . The last time the gland was swollen was about 6 months ago and it was on the right side, this time it s on the left side. and last about 4 - 5 days. Should i be worried?

you should not be worried. because it is normal infection preventing mechanism of body.it tries to prevent infection by the lymph nodes and thats why they become swollen.so a course of antibiotics is required to cure this.
