Hi,

Your daughter may be having vulvovaginitis. It may be due to either bacteria or candida. Even there may be worm infestation. You consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis. For worm infestation, give her albendazole tab. For candidosis, give her antifungal like ketoconazole or fluconazole tab in proper dose. For bacterial infection, short course of antibiotics may be given. Apply antibiotic with antifungal cream. Dettol liq. may be used for bath instead of soap. Improve immunity with immunoboosters.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
