Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Dribbling and chewing is commonly associated with teething.

The lumps has to be examined physically by a doctor to know the problem.

If there is pain and irritation you can give Tylenol in prescribed dosage.

And maintaining dental hygiene is important even in infants for healthy teeth.

Therefore I advise you to consult the Pediatrician or a dentist for the examination and management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
