Baby having lump on collarbone. Swollen lymphnode due to teething?

My son is a little over 10 months old and a lump appeared on his collarbone overnight last night and we have noticed it this morning. We are worried about it and want to know if this is possibly a swollen lymph node from teething as he is teething and was badly hurting last night; his two bottom teeth have started coming through.

It could be a lymphnode or may me some skin swelling you better show to your pediatritian to confirm it and to know the reason for swelling and for any treatment. Teething usually starts around this age group and some soft, gentle and clean teasers can be given to the child to relieve the teething sensation and irrtitation after the advice of your doctyor
