Chest Pain, Tightness, Short Breath, Change In Heart Beat, Sleepless. Whats This?

Hello, I am 24 years old and 140 pounds, I have been having some sort of tightness/chest pain for about a week. It's got worse recently. Sometimes more often now than before, I get not shortness of breath but the feel of being on a rollecoaster. My heart beat sometimes it feels as it changes and sometimes it doesn't let me sleep.

Help! What can it be?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

More information is needed to suggest a diagnosis...

THE FIRST STEP IS TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST / A thorough history and physical examination is the first step / EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.

The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
