Chest Pain Radiates To Neck, Shoulder While Running. Hands Becomes Dusky Blue When Stressed, Cold And Turns Bright Red

I have a 13 year old boy who has had occasional chest pain in his sternum that radiates to his left neck and shoulder during running. I thought that it was possible asthma due to the fact that his younger brother has it. I am a respiratory therapist and did not note that he had any problems with shortness of breath or coughing. So at his physical last week his doctor did an EKG which found a RBBB. Now I know that this is a common finding. He is not overweight and has no other health problems. I have noticed though that his hands become dusky blue when he is stressed or cold. Then they become bright red. I assumed that he had reynauds. Can this all be due to whatever is going on? He has an ECHO scheduled for Wednesday. How concerned should I be at this point and what questions should I ask the physician when we follow up?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Let tell you that RBBB is not a common finding you are under the wrong impression this is conductive defect and can not be taken lightly, second the history you have given here is suggestive of cardiac pathology may some congenital, echo is must here, this will clear all the possibilities looking age of kid Reynaud is just out of question, take care of him have good day.
