Unexpected Chest Pain, Cold Sensation
I am a 22 year old male and I have had experienced unexpected chest pain. It recently happen when I am about to go out in the shower room after taking a bath when I felt squeezing like chest pain that radiates in the left shoulder. I also felt my heart beat stopped for a few seconds followed by a cold sensation then came back again. I was kinda furious about this. Pls help thank you..

Given your age and the information you have provided, it is more of an incidental happening than representing a disease and more so because you have experienced just once. However, if it should happen often, then you will need to visit a medical doctor to do some tests and make sure nothing bad is happening or about to happen. Your symptoms sound classical to a heart problem which is very rare at your age.
For now, stay calm. observe symptoms and report if they become repetitive.

The description of chest pain you have given is similar to that of cardiac origin. This is not common at your age but cannot be ruled out either. You must visit a doctor who can take an ECG and other investigations to assess this.
