hi,
do have any urinary symptoms or any kind of vaginal discharge and have you seen your cervix prolapse out,
how are the stomach pains like where are they localised, these questions are important in helping to know what is wrong,
how is the diarrhoea like? i would be thinking more of colitis, diverticultis, gastritis for the diarrhoea part.
would also rule out urine infection or candidiasis or pelvic inflammatory disease, you may need an ultrasound done as well to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
it will be good to see a gynecologist for further management.
hope have helped to answer your query
get well soon.
