Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Monistat 7 contains miconazole and used to treat vaginal yeast infection.
Miconazole reduces vaginal burning, itching and discharge that may occur with this condition.
According to your description it seems that she has recovered from infection and she doesn't require any further treatment.
In future she should avoid unhygienic methods.

Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
