Hello,
It is not necessary for a person to go into coma in such high levels of blood sugar, however it is definitely a dangerous situation and must consult your doctor for revision of prescription. You must make sure that your blood sugar levels are in tight control so as to avoid future macro as well as microvascular comlications.
Along with proper medication, you must observe necessary dietary restriction as well as do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Keep your weight in your required range of BMI.
Thanks
