welcome to HCM.Gynecomastia if there is underlying cause and that is treated ,will regress,for physiological no treatment is needed.Else you will have to take anti estrogen like tamoxifen or clomiphene which will be needed for 6months or so.Surgery is advised for medical treatment failure or long standing cases.No natural treatment exists.Please see your doctor for assessment.
