Can Valium Reduce The Extreme Nervousness Due To The Laser Eye Surgery Which Is Scheduled Shortly?
I am extremely nervous about getting my laser eye surgery in 6 weeks time and I was advised to ask for Valium to calm my nerves. I have mild controlled asthma, not sure if this makes any difference, but as time gets closer I feel anxious despite talking to people who have had the surgery...I don't think I was this nervous when I had my three kids!
Hi, Nothing to worry, eye lesser surgery is very effective and takes very nominal time for procedure. Please see that medicine you take for asthma does not contain steroid. If it contains, please ask about this to your eye surgeon. As you are nervous, take Valium, take it as and when required. Ok and take care.
