Is There Interaction Between Revlimid And Trazodone Causing Nervousness?

Question 1: Is there intereaction between Revlimid and Trazodone causing nervousness? Question 2: Is there intereaction between coffee and Revlimid or Dezamethazone, by increasing the potency of coffee and that causes nervousness? Question 3: Is there intereaction between Dexamethazone and Trazodone causing nervousness? Thank you.

Hi hope you are doing good.Here are the answers for your questions.
Question 1: No major interaction between revlimid(lenalidomide) and trazodone that can cause anxiety.
Question 2: Caffeine and the mentioned drugs do not interact to produce any potentation of actioj.
Question 3: Here dexamethasone may decrease the effect of trazodone by decreasing its level in blood. It may cause some degree of anxiety but it depends on why you were on trazodone in the first place. Dose adjustment will certainly help if this is the reason.
