Can Urine Retention Cause Problem With Erection?
Can urine retention (on a 15hour international flight) cause permanent problems with achieving a satisfactory erection. I was in severe pain not being able to pass urine, it was my first ever overseas trip so I was anxious about it all, I've been back for a year now yet my erections don't seem as firm as before I had this bladder issue.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of getting hard erection since one year and have doubt in your mind that it could be due to retention of urine during your air travel for 15 hours.
This is not related to the the retention of urine that you have i year back.
This is just mind related and due to anxiety.
