Can Unprotected Sex While Breastfeeding Lead To Pregnancy?

i had a baby 3 months ago and im breastfeeding im not on any kind of birth control. i have been having unprotected sex for the past 2 weeks. ive been feeling naseous, dizzy, fatigue and having the sweats. is there a possibility i could be pregnant. im not sure if ive had my period yet. my mucous hasnt really change i only have a little bit. i had one day heavy bleeding and then it went away that same day.not quite sure what to think.

Breast feeding is considered to be a natur contraceptive, but this is not always the case. If at all your menstrual function has returned, then there is still a chance for pregnancy is the normal penetration and ejaculation has occurred. Please consult a doctor if you experience a delay in your period.
