Can There Be Upcoming Problem In An MRI Report Showing Abnormalities In The Lumbar And Sacrum Regions?

Hello, I wasn't really expecting to communicate with anyone, but since you're on, I'm looking at my mother's MRI films and I'm pretty sure that it's showing some abnormalities in the Lumbar and sacrum regions. Her physician's suspect that she may have multiple myeloma, and I'm just trying to educate myself as to the appropriate questions to ask before we go to her next appointment on Monday, Her MRI was done with contrast and from what I'm seeing, the T1 has some distinct hypotensive markers and the T2 has some hypertensive markers.
