Can The Umbilicus Surgery For Cyst And Hernia Removal Released The Clamp?

hi in a 31yr old. i have two kids 12yrs and 5yrs. i had my tubes clamped almost 5yrs ago in November. i have had a missed period by 14days nauseau breast tenderness n mood swings. i had surgery n had a cyst and hernia removed from my umbilicus. could she have hit a clamp? could i be pregnant?
