Can Testicle And Groin Pain Be Caused By Enema?

I am 33 years 5.10 height I had a enema around 7 hours ago, 3 hours after that I got terrible pain in my testicle and groin area I cant walk or move, could this be related, I have no problem urinating I also took gasx 2 hours ago and its better now but I still have pain on a scale 1-10=5 when I touch it or walk, what could be the problem

No.
Usually enema does not any testicle pain or groin pain.
But it could be due to other causes such as
1. Retractile testis- it may be unknown for you and now it may be moved either up or down after the enema procedure
2. Epidydimitis- inflammation of the epidydimis
3. Orchitis- inflammation of testis.
4. Testicular torsion

Even it can be due to renal stones and urinary tract infection.
My advise is to do the following investigation and consult your primary care physician.
1. Urine routine and urinalysis.
2. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
3. Ultrasound scrotum
