Can Tender Breasts, Pink Discharge And Heart Burn Indicate A Pregnancy?

Im 4 days early for my period I started a very light period late last night but im not experiencing any cramps for the past 2 weeks my breast have been swollen and tender I also keep getting heartburn and im still very bloated and had pressure in my stomach last night ive had and still have pregnancy/ pms symptoms could this be implantation bleeding or my period im also 10 dpo

Hi. 4 days early must be your regular cycle only . These symptoms are more of pms rather than pregnancy or due to anxiety or severe gastritis. It is not always there that you should be having any such symptoms before periods.If any problem or bleeding not proper get a scan done for sure.
