Can Telmisartan 40 Mg + Clindipene Combination At Nighttime Cause Giddiness, Headache, And Sweating?
I am 28 years old. Some days ago suddenly found by BP at 190/110 consistently. Started by physician on telmisartan 40 mg + clindipene combination and took at nighttime but all night had lot of giddiness, headache, and sweating. Should I change medicine ?

The reasons for the head ache may be the tablets, or the hypertension it self if not controlled.
I advise you to consult your doctor,if B.P. is under control it could be due to the tablets, as many of the B.P. tablets cause the headache, to some people.
If the B.P. is high the reason may be the tablets are not suitable, or the salt controle is not enough.
Accordingly the tablets are changed, and prescribe some other brand.
