Can Taking Eltroxin After Having Consumed Alcohol Affect Adversely?
I take Eltroxin 100mg tablet everyday morning around 5 to 6a.m.My age is 46yrs.If I take alcohol(60 to 90m.l)the previous night between 8 to 9p.m,will it affect anyway? If so,what are the adverse contra indications? what precautions I should take under these circumstances?
hello user , there are no major interactions reported with occasional moderate alcohol use and eltroxin intake. do not take alcohol regularly, much late and in larger amounts - do consume some eatables with alcohol . however keep in mind the fact that with regular use alcohol causes direct cellular toxicity on thyroid cells thereby produces thyroid suppression. hope i answered your query - any follow up queries are welcome - if satisfied please rate the answer
