I feel drowzy after waking up inthe morning. while sleeping i change my position a lot... what i feel is my nose gets stuffy at night.. and for me to sleep,if i lie down in bed it takes 30 to 1 hour to start sleep...i will be keep on thinking something.....because of all these during da time ia m not active. On week ends when i sleep in the after noon, then waking up i will be very energetic....
is it due to my nose i am having this sleep disorder ? the
Hi dear, sometimes sleep disturbance is due to continuous thoughts and sometimes stuffy nose which obstructs inhalation and secondary awaken from sleep.and due to disturbed sleep one can not concentrate on work feels drowsy during day time and not feeling of activeness . change of posture during sleep is normal phenomena. but after going to bed sleep comes after 30 to 60 min is may be due to activation of mind due to watching TV or taking psychoactive substance or may be due to continuous thoughts regarding any tension. as you don't get sleep proper in night so when you sleep in afternoon you got complete sleep and so feel energetic. so if possible consult any psychiatrist and keep your sleeping habit good like don't take any active substance in night like tea coffee tobacco etc and use bed only for sleeping and take a walk after taking dinner. thank you
