Can Shoulder Pain, Pelvic Pain, Dizziness And Stomach Pain Be Sure Signs Of Pregnancy?

Someone pleae help me. I've been getting negative pregnancy test but my body has been feeling like I'm pregnant. I'm currently in the mirena and I'm now experiencing shoulder pain, pelvic pain, stomach pain,and feeling sick and dizzy. What could this be? I've had 3 children

Hi,
Its unlikely that you are pregnant if the test is negative. With prolonged use of mirena, periods may disappear. Hormonal imbalance can cause the bloating, pelvic pain and nausea. You may consult your doctor about replacing the mirena.
