Hi, I have gone through your question. The hCG levels are detected in urine even at very low concentration (more than 35 mIU/ ml). It is definitely detected in pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy, in which there are much higher levels. Pregnancy, whether intrauterine or ectopic, cannot occur without levels being detected in urine pregnancy test .
