Hi,

Weight loss pills, including phentermine, are not intended to be a substitute for lifestyle changes such as a healthy diet and regular exercise. These changes are often more effective and sustainable for achieving and maintaining weight loss goals. So it's great that you have started exercising at the gym! Keep up the good work.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
