Hello dear, breast tenderness is a sign of pregnancy and also PMS.Confirmation can be done by urine pregnancy test which gives good results if done after a week of missed period. It is too early to do the test and also to feel any symptoms of pregnancy.Pregnancy symptoms like nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness and increased frequency of urination are seen 2 weeks after missed period.
