Can Pain During Sex Be Endometriosis?
HI there i seem to have breakthrough bleeding while ovulating. it usually lasts only a day or two and isnt very bad at all, more like spotting. Today I had sex with my only partner and I was in terrible pain. It felt as if I had to pass gas but couldn t. I went to the bathroom and the pain passed in half an hour. Could this be endometriosis? How do i properly get tested?

The pain can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, fibroids.
You need to undergo ultrasound to see exactly what is the reason.
Endometriosis if present can be checked by clinical examination by doctor and by laparoscopy.
