HI,

I can understand your concerns.

It is most likely that the pain is directly due to the fall.

Though the fall can lead to blood clots especially if your platelets are low but it will show up as a bruise at the site.

Do you have any blackening of skin at site of the fall ?

Is there a swelling there?

I will advise you to take pain killers and apply diclofenac jelly at the site.

Regards ,
