Can Nebulizer Treat Sinusitis ?
My nine year old has chronic sinusitis (found through a scan). He has a terrible cough. So far I agree with everything his allergist is doing. He takes medicine and started shots for allergies. But she prescribed a nebulizer with the medicines Xopenex and Pulmicort. He doesn t have asthma and I can t find anything online where sinusitis and breathing treatments are linked. I think it was only prescribed because it has been tough to get his cough under control. Will a nebulizer really help?
